And your goal is to perform all the 12 exercises non stop, 2 rounds and during 24 minutes! It is about doing the best you can, without pushing your limits, in any given day! And with that in mind, you will always progress and continually keep the gains coming! This bodyweight workout (with timer) lasts for 12 minutes and will guide you through the best 12 exercises for body building that can be done at home. And you should repeat it up to 2 times to increase the intensity of your workout. No doubt, these are the best muscle building / strength building / full body exercises to do at home with little equipment. Equipment: this workout requires some home equipment: a pair of chairs, a pair of dumbbells and one exercise stick (a simple broomstick will do!)
